All of us drink and eat according to our need but one should know the essentials of drinking water for health maintenance. You are aware that our body consist of panchabhootha, the water is one of it. After getting fresh and brushed your teeth first and the most important is to drink water in the morning. Then you go for tea or coffee. First drink of water will go to your stomach by cleaning the side wall and make airless way to the stomach. Eat 80 to 85 percent of food and fill the remaining percent with water. As you know when we cook something in the cooker we use to pour water to get it cooked. Likewise our stomach also require sufficient water to grind the food inside the stomach. Drink plenty of water after every eat.Don't drink water after having a cup of tea or coffee atleast for one hour. If you drink water chance of getting acidity in increased way. So avoid drinking water after a tea or coffee. Drink water if you feel thirsty. Make an habbit to drink water...

Covid-19 vs Virus-91                                 Since last few months we are struggling to get rid of Covid-19, but we could not control it. Today I am writing this just to let you know my own story of Covid-19 vs Virus-91. We must take precautions not to get infected by Covid-19 virus. Where there is a will there is a way.  In the year 1991 I faced the same problem as of covid-19.Same type of cough,cold and lastly the breathing problem. I met a few of the Doctors for treatment but only they could give medicines and Injection pertaining if it is Sinusitis. Most of the times I use to sit on the bed instead of sleeping due to breathing problem or in the hospital under ventilation. Stopped taking medicines and inhalings, could not minimise the problem.
