How you can minimise your migraine ache with home remedies.
*Include the following to get relief from pain.
Whole Wheat
Yeast
Green Leafy Vegetables
Tomatoes
Nuts
Sunflower seeds
Sunflower Oil
*Crushed cabbage leaves to be kept in cloth and apply on the forehead for an hour and replace it when you find it dry. Will give better relief.
*Grape juice without adding water and sugar will give you relief from the severe pain. You can eat raw grapes also.
*Don't use canned or preserved food because it contains preservative which leads to disorder of stomach function.
*Avoid white flour products or sugar at the time of migraine attack.
*Make a fresh juice of spinach (200 ml) and carrot (300 ml), drink daily.
*You can make a mixture of carrot juice (300 ml), Cucumber juice (100 ml) and Beetroot juice (100 ml), will release from migraine related headaches.
*Include the following to your daily diet.
Lot of milk
Yoghurt
Buttermilk
Honey
Fruits
*When you are with the migraine attack you should increase your fluid intake will minimise the pain.
*Your food or intake should be little and in intervals. May not eat heavy or will lead to indigestion and may vomit also.
*If you find yourself with the migraine headache you keep your feet soaked in hot water.
*You can also keep cold and wet towel or cloth on the forehead or can use a warm cloth over the neck.
Actually we never go with our all the day in same routine and same way. The result some time lead to pain related disease.
Try to eat in time, drink plenty of water and add fruits and green vegetables to your diet with proper rest, you can stay healthy and fit.
